Today, when my mom and I went through a drive thru, she annoyingly yelled our orders through the speaker. When we got to the window, I could tell the guy was irritated so I discreetly gave him an apologetic look that my mom didn’t see. He nodded back. I felt I had fixed the situation well. MLIA
